Join us for a full weekend of touring to the into the Mountains. Viewing some of the stunning back roads and highways of western Maryland and Pennsylvania. We'll meet at Premier Autowerks in Frederick around 8AM for a Cars and Coffee and an info session with the owners and leave at 9:30AM for a morning of touring. A great place if you're looking for BMW Service.
We'll tour the mountains around interstate 70 which has a surprising many fun roads. We'll stop in Hancock for a quick break and then start the second leg to the resort. Once at the resort, there is something for everyone, whether you want to spend some time by the lake, spend some time refreshing in the spa, win some money at the casino or enjoy the on site golf course. This is a tour you will not want to miss!
Planned as an overnight tour, there are hotel rooms available on site or nearby if you so choose for you, family and Friends. We will also plan to all have dinner together for all that do decide to stick around!
We will schedule the driving to arrive at Rock Gap Casino/Hotel no later than 11-11:30am.
There are (3) different restaurants in the Hotel/Casino for folks to chose from. There will be NO designated lunch plan. Everyone is to make themselves comfortable and enjoy lunch wherever they desire.
We have organized a block of rooms for those that desire to stay the night and enjoy the resort and casino. When you call the Hotel you need to mention the "BMWCCA National Capital Chapter Rocky Gap Tour" for the block rate of $239.00 per night. Rooms will be held till April 1st 2023. After that time if you desire to stay at Rock Gap Hotel/Casino the room availability and rates will vary.
The resort at Rocky Gap offers relaxation at their Spa, play golf on the only Jack Nicklaus signature course in Maryland, hiking and of course the lake. For those that are gamblers there is the casino.
We have blocked off (3) tee times starting at 12:30pm- 1pm Saturday April 15th. Greens fees for us will be $79.00. Please let Chris or Devin know no later than April 1st if you plan on playing golf. If you desire to utilize the Spa you will need to make those reservations and arrangements on your own.

Cost is $11 per car. Number of passengers are unlimited so bring the whole family! Costs for everything once at the resort will not be on NCC. You will be responsible for the activities you choose. When you sign up you will be charged for registration based on the number of cars you are bringing on the tour. A MSR credit refund will be issued if you cancel within 3 days of the tour date.
