Continuing the celebration of the 50th anniversary of BMW M, the Rockville Antique and Classic Car Show Committee has selected BMW M for it's Special Display Group at this year's show on Saturday, October 15, 2022.. As one of the longest running car events in the area, this is a huge honor to be selected and we're looking for M car owners to display their beloved M cars at the show.
Our goal is to provide a full representation of the M brand progression; the more rare, the better chance to be selected. For this Special Display Group, the show committee is waiving the minimum 25 year old requirement so we can showcase both early and current models.
In order to submit your car for consideration please fill out this registration form, which includes uploading 1 good picture of your vehicle. SUBMITTING A REGISTRATION FORM DOES NOT GUARANTEE A SPOT IN THE SPECIAL DISPLAY GROUP. All cars will be vetted and notification will take place mid-September.
If your car is selected for the Special Display group, you will be asked to provide descriptive information about your vehicle. This may take the form of technical information about your particular vehicle's series, weight, horsepower, number of vehicles produced, etc., or if there is an interesting story associated with your particular car such as single owner since new, completely restored by current owner, race history, etc. This information with be printed on placard for display with the car on the day of the show.
Registration for the selection process will be open until August 31, 2022.
