M Car Day Is August 16th
Are you wondering which is the best M-car? Are you ready to show off your M-car or your M-Performance car? Are you just wanting to hang out with other M-car peeps and geeks? Then we have good news for you…M-car Day is happening at Griot’s Garage August 16th! If you have an M-car or a M-Performance car, then you can reserve a spot on the Griot’s lot and show off your car and mingle with other M-car owners. Registration will be via MotorsportReg and only costs $10, money will be collected at the gate. There are only 200 spots, and registration will open in July approximately 30 days before the event. We’ll also hold a raffle with proceeds going to a local charity.
We are using a registration process again this year to ensure those with M-cars/M-performance cars who want a spot on the field can get one.
For those of us without M-cars, it’s a good day to come out and see some very cool, and some very rare, M-cars owned by our friends and neighbors, as well as participate in our traditional raffle for BMW M-swag and car care items from Griots. Griots also has a great facility to check out while you are there.
Please plan to roll in between 9:00 am–10:00 am so we can direct you to the appropriate section to park your M-car. We’ll park the M-cars by chassis type, so owners can “squad up” and compare notes.
The event will run until about 1:00 pm. Club and non-club members without an M-car are also very welcome to attend the event to enjoy the day and do not need to register. There will be additional parking for non-M BMWs. Special thanks to BMW Northwest, BMW Seattle, and Griot’s Garage for their continued support of this event!
